We ask 24-72 hours to fill prescription requests. Also please note, we will be closed on Monday July 4th and will return to normal business hours 8:00am to 5:30pm on Tuesday July 5th.
Upon arrival please do the following:
Remain in your vehicle and call the clinic (253) 851-7866. Please be sure you get verbal confirmation that you have been checked in, rather than leaving a message.
A hospital team member will meet you at your car to obtain a brief history. You may wait while the doctor performs an exam and contacts you with recommendations; if your pet is very ill or the situation is complex, a drop off is recommended.
When we bring your pet to you after care has been provided, we can process your payment at that time, or over the phone.
We require that all clients wear a mask when interacting with our staff, as we will be doing the same to protect your health and safety.
