Dr. Carla Rasmussen

Dr. Carla Rasmussen graduated from Iowa State University and has been practicing veterinary medicine in Gig Harbor since she graduated in 1989. She was able to fulfill her professional goal by opening Harbor Animal Hospital on November 1st, 2005.

When not at the animal hospital, Dr. Rasmussen enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her two sons with their numerous sports activities.

Dr. Beth Owen

Dr. Beth Owen graduated from Kansas State University in 1986 and joined the Harbor Animal Hospital team in 2007. Her professional journey has included owning two veterinary hospitals in California, but she is happy to now call Gig Harbor and Harbor Animal Hospital her home.

Dr. Owen and her family enjoy the many outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Dr. Dorsey

Dr. Pat Dorsey graduated from the University of Illinois in 1984. She moved to Gig Harbor the same yea and began working full time for a local veterinarian's office. Several years later she transitioned to part time and worked as a relief doctor for several local practices, including Harbor Animal Hospital. In 2011 Dr. Dorsey joined HAH as a permanent staff member.

Dr. Dorsey is married with two teenage sons. She enjoys being outdoors with her active family and is an avid tennis player.

Dr. Katrina Griffin

Dr. Griffin graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2001 and joined Harbor Animal Hospital in the fall of 2009. Originally an Olympia native, she returned to Washington after graduating and began her veterinary career in Seattle.  In 2006 she moved to Gig Harbor and has called it home ever since.

When away from the clinic, Dr. Griffin enjoys raising her young family and all of the adventures that can bring!
